These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph356 platform, including account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, promotions, and all other services provided by ph356 to players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating your ph356 account.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the ph356 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition, or the provision of false information in connection therewith, entitles ph356 to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account without prior notice and to withhold any balance pending investigation.
4.1 Each individual Player may register only one Account on the ph356 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and any other information requested by ph356 for the purposes of account creation and KYC compliance. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must promptly update your Account details if they change.
4.3 ph356 accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made accessible to any third party. You must not allow any other person to use your Account, regardless of whether such person would individually qualify as an eligible Player.
4.4 ph356 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, to decline any application for account registration.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent ph356 support — ph356 staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
5.2 You must notify ph356 immediately via the live chat support channel if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your Account has occurred. ph356 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.
5.3 ph356 employs SSL/TLS encryption and additional technical security measures to protect Account data and financial transactions. However, ph356 cannot guarantee that its systems are immune from all security vulnerabilities and accepts no liability for losses resulting from factors outside its reasonable control.
All ph356 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph356 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph356 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by ph356's payment systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph356 does not charge withdrawal processing fees; payment provider fees may apply. ph356 reserves the right to require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times are estimates and are subject to payment provider timelines.
7.1 ph356 may offer bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry dates. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotion terms.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless specified otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, only wagers placed on eligible Games count towards wagering requirement fulfilment. Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements.
7.3 ph356 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. ph356 may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering, low-risk matched betting strategies applied to bonus funds, or any other conduct designed to exploit bonus conditions without genuine gaming intent.
7.4 Bonuses are not transferable and carry no cash value except where explicitly stated in specific promotion terms. A Player may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once per account lifetime.
8.1 Each Game available on the ph356 Platform is subject to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any Game before placing real-money wagers.
8.2 All slot and RNG-based Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology from ph356's licensed game providers. All live dealer Game outcomes are determined by physical actions conducted in real time — actual card deals, wheel spins, or dice throws — and are captured by multiple cameras. ph356 does not interfere with Game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disputed outcome, or system error affecting a Game round, ph356 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Account. ph356 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players of any such action.
8.4 ph356 shall not be liable for losses suffered by a Player as a result of the Player's misunderstanding of Game rules, Game interface features, or applicable Return to Player (RTP) rates.
9.1 Players must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the ph356 Platform:
9.2 ph356 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any wagers placed in connection with such conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any associated winnings. ph356 may report prohibited conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where it is legally required or deems it appropriate to do so.
10.1 ph356 only accepts Players who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with PAGCOR-regulated market standards in the Philippines. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and ph356 may request documentary proof of age at any time.
10.2 ph356 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all registered Players through their Account dashboard, at no charge:
10.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, ph356 will take reasonable steps to ensure the Player cannot access the Platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new Account during the exclusion period; any Account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion will be closed and the balance returned.
10.4 ph356 may, at its sole discretion, impose account restrictions or mandatory cooling-off periods on any Player where it identifies indicators consistent with problem gaming behaviour, even where the Player has not requested such restrictions.
11.1 ph356 is required by applicable regulatory standards to verify the identity and age of its Players. ph356 may request KYC documentation at any point, including during registration, at first withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any other time ph356 deems verification necessary.
11.2 Acceptable KYC documents include, without limitation: Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card), driver's licence, and passport. ph356 may request additional documents where the primary document does not satisfactorily verify the required information.
11.3 ph356 may suspend withdrawal processing or impose account restrictions pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ph356 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to a Player's failure to provide required KYC documentation in a timely manner.
11.4 All KYC information and documents submitted to ph356 are handled in accordance with the ph356 Privacy Policy.
12.1 All content on the ph356 Platform, including but not limited to the ph356 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, written content, and software, is owned by or licensed to ph356 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or interest in any ph356 intellectual property.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph356 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph356 content without ph356's prior written consent.
13.1 The ph356 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph356 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph356 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) loss of winnings or profits; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (c) losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or communication failures beyond ph356's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information published on the Platform.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph356's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.
14.1 ph356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where ph356 reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity; multiple account registration; bonus abuse; or risk of harm to the Player or third parties.
14.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ph356 may forfeit any Account balance and cancel any pending withdrawals. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, ph356 will return the eligible Account balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time through the ph356 account dashboard or by contacting support. Any pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary Account closure and associated bonus balances will be forfeited.
15.1 ph356 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly displayed at the top.
15.2 Where changes are material, ph356 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address. Continued use of the ph356 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to an amendment must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
16.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
